Each year we host many successful golf outings in which we assist from the incubation stages through the day of the event. It is our mission to create a “once in a lifetime experience” for your golf participants while helping to raise money and/or awareness for your organization.
By allowing us to host your event, you will have full access to a country club that has hosted the 1998 and 2008 Men’s New York State Amateur Golf Championship and the 2002 Women’s New York State Amateur Golf Championship. Our amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, swimming pool, practice facilities, men’s and women’s locker rooms, shoe shining with spike replacement, complimentary tee sponsor signs and many more features.

A Pinehaven Golf Outing Experience Includes:
- PGA Professional on site. Our staff is trained to assist with details and changes, and is responsible for running the golf portion of event.
- Your group's "Private Club" for the day. Exclusive use of the Club encompasses use of the Golf Course and facilities, including driving range, short game practice area, patio overlooking the 18th hole, locker rooms, and Pro Shop assistance with maintaining your event's results on our Score Board. Our friendly, courteous, uniformed bag staff are the first to greet and assist your guests.
- Full Banquet Facilities. Whether it is lunch on the patio, cocktail stations or full-course dinner in the dining room, our caterer, Michael's Restaurant and Banquet House will work with you to prepare exactly what you require for your event.
